Dear support, I unlinked my iphone to install it again... tried it couple of time ... It told me no email link to this address. I bought the license last month? The same Iphone addamer@gmail.com

Something I would like to share and get an answer please if it's not too much to ask? ? When I started as a pro member in the appdb.store for over two years ago I was really happy when I bought the Iphone 6s then the Iphone 7s then the IphoneX..... BUT, when it's comes to the too much revoking with too many errors and deleting then installation the apps again (too much work) wasting time and efforts doing it.... plus sometimes games and level reach is too much to handle. Again weeks goes buy and you will not be given a chance or replacing the weeks or months *Since you bought the license on July 2018 it will expired July 2019* no refunding on the months gone or at least changed it with extra weeks and months. So, just give me a reason why I will renew or buy extra license and by the way I still have two license will expired soon ? THANK YOU

For the past four to five months I go error downloading and gave me two choices either retrying or done which will closr the download I unlinked all devices and linked it again I empty download in my basket I unlinked my device three times and connect I contact the support which actually run downloading for three to four apps and then return to the same issue Plus I have two different Iphone with two different subscriptions I might think on going to another provider which I am searching these days thank you

Why, because at least I did try to download it and took a screenshot for you yesterday, which by the to show you what type of message appears to me thank you

Everytime I have the message of downloading then OK and when it comes to installing ... check command result will be new ... less than one minutes it will give me failed where I have two Iphones 6s plus and the same message will appears and I am ios 10
