Unable to link free account. This had been outstanding for more than 3 weeks. Can anyone help pls.

There was an error during free account attachment: Error Domain=com.rileytestut.ALTAppleAPI Code=0 "Unable to sign you in to your Apple ID. Try again later. (-36607)" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Unable to sign you in to your Apple ID. Try again later
