Unable to Link Device - No Email Received

My AppDB Pro account (where all of my applications are stored in the cloud), is linked to my email: kidd@kainan.co.uk

However, upon entering my email and the website stating that I’ll receive an email; there’s nothing that arrives in my inbox.

The only method of using AppDB Pro is by entering an alternative email address; however, this entails the inability to access all of my personal uploaded applications.

If I could receive assistance with this issue, I’d greatly appreciate it.
