Cannot Link New Device to Original Email

I'm unable to link my device to the email: kidd@kainan.co.uk

While receiving the typical "Multiple devices linked, please check email to link this device"; howwever, I never receive the device link email.

I can link via an alias, such as services@kainan.co.uk; unfortunately, not my original AppDB email, which has unique/rare IPA's uploaded to MyApoStore.

Thus, my reasoning for wanting to gain access through my original address.
