No Pro Status after purchase

I'm going to make sure that this is sorted out for you. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to redeem your AppDB voucher for a PRO membership.

First of all, please try and visit this site (https://regmyudid.cc/voucher.php) and where it says "Find your voucher" input your email (that you entered when paying and used as a payment email for PayPal) and then check your emails for a voucher code - if its not in your inbox, check your junk/spam folders, this is where mine ended up. If you successfully receive a voucher code, please try and redeem it.

If you haven't received it or you get an error when redeeming it, please contact their support desk - you can do this at https://rmuru.freshdesk.com/support/home . Once on the site click submit a request - they are very punctual and will get back to you soon if you provide all the necessary information (transaction ID, and fully explain the situation).

Once again I'm sorry for the troubles, and if this isn't sorted soon just let me know :)
