navigates
Hi all, Kind of new to the forum here. I was told that if the cert is revoked and if I reinstall the app with the same 4 char id for the application again, my data will not be lost. Question: If I delete the non-working app in the first place, Isn't all the backup data also erased? How can I reinstall the application and save all the backup ? crossday
I heard that using imazing app can extract the chat data and you can restore app data back to the installed app. By the way, do Watusi pushs notification when the app is not at the background in appdb pro? navigates
I have tried Whatsapp++ and Watusi. Whatsapp++ has a feature to remain active on background but it eats battery. With Watusi, I like the feature of seeing the deleted messages. but to answer your question, I don't get push notifications as I have whatsapp as primary installed. I believe if watusi is the primary app, then it might work but I haven't tested that out. Also Watusi on abbdb crashes when opening settings as I am on ios 9.3.2. I have to download watusi (primary) and set it up on my custom app's section of app db which works. Also the primary watusi is the only one that allows you to register as premium / paid. Can you elaborate on the imazing app. Where can I get it from?
navigates
I am confused as I was told to delete the app and reinstall it with the same 4 digit install code. I think that will not work as once you delete the app, I believe all the data associated with that app also goes. Unless you reinstall over it. Need to test this scenario out. Need to test this scenario out. the app is called iMazing on PC or Mac. You should use iTunes to backup your phone. Then you extract the app data using iMazing from the backup and restore it after reinstall the app. I saw that on reddit and I guess it should work. 52 minutes ago, navigates said: I have tried Whatsapp++ and Watusi. I also want to get push noti The one on appdb crashes. Download it from the official site and put it in your myappstore "https://appdb.to/MyAppStore.php" https://github.com/FouadRaheb/Watusi-for-WhatsApp Use the Original one and upload it to your appstore. The direct link to the ips is: https://mega.nz/#!5HQgBbzQ!XV_0WQxPZh4W4nse8UbhtHpsVCsnkGrFr_Fm_u1c0PE It has to be primary for notifications to work. My watusi is not primary and hence I don't know Also iMazing looks complicated. I heard if you just restore with the same 4 digit code your backup remains. I hope someone can shed some light on it as I don't think it will work. I'll wait till the next revoke to try it out. I like watusi and whatsapp ++. If you want notifications and don't care for battery life then get whatsapp++ it constantly runs in the background so you get notifications. Watusi does have some few features but not the constant background run.

First, backup your device via iTunes without encryption. Then, Open the backup in iMazing of your device, Click Apps, Right click Whatsapp and Extract App Data. Now you can delete your old Whatsapp and reinstall it. Be reminded that you have to reinstall the exact same apps or at least the same tweaked version of Whatsapp. After that, you can connect your device again and reopen iMazing. Choose "Manage Apps" and select Device in the tab. Right click on Whatsapp and select Restore App Data. Selecting the .imazingapp files you get in "Extract App Data" and follow the instruction. Boom, data restored. Just verify your phone number again and you get everything back. PS: I have bought iMazing so I don't know if it is the same on trial. You can try it though.
