opetero
The best DVD authoring utility I have used so far is AppGeeker DVD Creator. Read more here: http://www.ilikemall.com/convert/burn-mp4-to-dvd.html It supports converting and burning any type of videos to DVD with switchable subtitles. Furthermore, this software comes with advanced features, including the ability to create DVD menus. Try it and let me know how it works.
